Our mat and Reformer classes at are designed to be challenging, functional, approachable and fun.

Class Styles

Reformer

  • Our signature reformer class. A challenging Pilates flow that can be easily modified for any fitness level. Taught with options for layers of difficulty, this class is great for both beginners and advanced clients. 

  • A pilates workout with more strength building sequences including heavier springs, back platform, use of hand weights and lots of planks. Still accessible for Pilates beginners who are currently active.

  • Taught by trained experts in perinatal Pilates, classes are a welcoming community for moms to be, moms, and babies*. Build strength, including core strength, that prepares you for pregnancy, labor and postpartum recovery. Appropriate for all stages of pre and postpartum.

Mat

  • Like a sculpt class but taught in our separate, heated mat studio, using just a mat and more props. Studio is heated with infrared heat set to 90 degrees. Candlelit classes are in a dark room with artificial candle light.

  • A strength focused version of our hot mat Pilates class. This class utilizes a 20lb bar, two 10-lb weights (with the optional additional 2lb and 3lb weights to modify or amplify. You can expect a class with your favorite mat Pilates flows plus strength sets paced slower with heavier weights. Class will focus on form and strategic strength-based programming utilizing 10-20+ lbs of weight with most sets.

    Heated and nonheated classes avaialble.

  • A faster paced version of our hot mat Pilates class, including cardio bursts, in an infrared heated studio (90 degrees). Designed to inspire, energize and challenge while encouraging mindfulness and confidence. You can expect a fast-paced, challenging, full body sweat. Recommended for those with Pilates or other fitness experience.

  • A gentle Pilates flow with thoughtful sequencing to mobilize, strengthen and release the body. You can expect to leave this class feeling renewed. Taught in a warm (80 degrees) studio.
