The Investment
This experience is designed to be both intimate and spacious. With limited rooms available, each space is held with care.
Option 1: Private Room (One Bed, Single Occupancy): Early Bird*: $4,750 / After 9/1: $5,000
Option 2: Double Shared Room (A King bed or 2 Twins): Early Bird*: $3,325 / After 9/1: $3,500
Option 3: Quad Room (4 beds): Early Bird*: $1,900 / After 9/1: $2,000
The Quad Room is sold out but you can join the waitlist if a spot opens up.
Any shared room can be booked with a partner or you may request to be placed with other guests.
*Pay in full by 9/1 for early bird pricing. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. All sales are refundable if canceled by 11/1.

What's Included
Your retreat experience includes:
• Five nights at the beautiful Nalu Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica, with your choice of a single, double, or quad room
• Three chef-prepared meals for the four full days by our private chef - dinner or breakfast on each travel day
• Morning and evening Pilates sessions for four full days - one Pilates class on each travel day
• A private group catamaran excursion
• A special group dinner out
• A restorative sound bath experience
• A curated welcome bag
Travel Details
Airfare is not included in the retreat price. We're happy to help coordinate airport transportation to the resort with other attendees, though transportation costs are not included.
A few important notes:
• Room requests: If you are traveling alone and requested to share a room with someone, we'll be in touch to confirm your room placement.
• Room assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis based on when deposits are received.
• Refund policy: Deposits are fully refundable through November 1 if your plans change or if the retreat does not move forward.
