Do you reimburse the $30 fee for obtaining the LMN through Truemed?
Yes, email your receipt from Truemed to hello@thereformerynewyork.com and we will put a $30 studio credit on your account to use on your next purchase.

How long does it take to find out if I qualify?
It usually takes 3-5 business days

No, our payment processor doesn’t accept HSA/FSA cards. You can use any regular debit/credit card and then submit receipts from us for reimbursement.
