What to expect from your appointment with Amanda

Each session will be approximately 50 minutes. During your initial evaluation, we will discuss the reason you are seeking physical therapy and create your individualized care plan. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to fill out paperwork, if you have not done so electronically. It is suggested that you wear clothing that you can move around comfortably in.

**Of note, our studio has a flight of stairs to get to the private treatment space. If you are unable to navigate stairs, please share that with your provider prior to your first session so we can accommodate you appropriately.

Initial Evaluation: $175 ✦ Treatment Session: $140 ✦ Pilates Private: $100

Please note that Amanda is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. However, depending on your individual insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement, including HSA/FSA reimbursement. Amanda is happy to provide you with a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance company. Her decision to remain out-of-network allows us to prioritize high-quality, personalized one-on-one care without the limitations imposed by insurance guidelines. If cost is a concern, please reach out—flexible payment plans may be available.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a missed appointment (“no-show”) or unexcused cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, a $100 fee will be applied.

Physical Therapy can be incredibly helpful for improving your everyday well being.

Many conditions that we treat are “normalized” — things like back pain, postpartum leakage and discomfort — but just because they are common, doesn’t mean you have to endure them.

Dr. Amanda takes a personalized, whole-person approach to her compassionate, evidence-based treatment. She will help identify the causes of your symptoms and develop a plan of action to treat and improve your quality of life.

The goal of physical therapy treatment is to eventually stop treatment — helping to rebuild strength and autonomy in our patients so they can move on to living full, healthy lives.
